الطلبات والأسعار
الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. يصبح الطلب مؤكدًا بعد مراجعة البيانات وتوفر المخزون والتواصل عند الحاجة.
الدفع عند الاستلام والشحن المجاني
الدفع عند الاستلام هو وسيلة الدفع الوحيدة. الشحن مجاني داخل مصر، ويدفع العميل قيمة المنتجات فقط للمندوب عند التسليم.
التوصيل والرفض
يجب إدخال بيانات صحيحة وتوفير شخص للاستلام والرد على اتصالات المندوب. قد يؤدي تكرار رفض الطلبات الصحيحة أو تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة إلى تقييد الطلبات اللاحقة.
الإرجاع والاسترداد
تطبق سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المنشورة والحقوق المقررة للمستهلك وفق القانون المصري.
السلامة والاستخدام
اتبع تعليمات المنتج والتحذيرات والعمر المناسب، وأوقف الاستخدام عند حدوث تهيج أو مشكلة.

Orders and prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. An order is confirmed after details and stock are reviewed and, where needed, contact is completed.
Cash on Delivery and free shipping
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method. Shipping is free within Egypt, and the customer pays only the product total to the courier.
Delivery and refusal
Accurate information and an available recipient are required. Repeated refusal of correct orders or inaccurate details may result in restrictions on future orders.
