سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
يعمل متجر حياتنا شوب بنظام الدفع عند الاستلام فقط داخل جمهورية مصر العربية، مع شحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات داخل مصر.
تأكيد وتجهيز الطلب
- قد نتواصل هاتفيًا أو عبر واتساب لتأكيد المنتج والكمية والعنوان.
- تُجهز الطلبات المؤكدة عادة خلال 24–48 ساعة عمل.
- الطلبات غير المؤكدة أو التي تحتوي على بيانات ناقصة قد تتأخر أو تُلغى.
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة
- القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
- الإسكندرية والدلتا ومدن القناة: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
- الصعيد والمناطق البعيدة: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
رسوم الشحن
الشحن مجاني في جميع أنحاء مصر. لا تُضاف أي رسوم شحن إلى الطلب.
التغطية والاستلام
نوصّل إلى المحافظات والمناطق التي تغطيها شركات الشحن المتعاقدة. يجب توفير اسم صحيح ورقم هاتف متاح وعنوان تفصيلي. يدفع العميل قيمة المنتجات فقط للمندوب عند الاستلام.
محاولات التوصيل
إذا تعذر الاتصال بالمستلم أو تعذر التسليم بسبب عنوان ناقص، قد يعود الطلب إلى المخزن. تواصل معنا لتأكيد البيانات قبل طلب إعادة الإرسال.
Shipping Policy
Hayatna Shop operates on a Cash on Delivery basis only within Egypt, with free shipping on every order across Egypt.
Order confirmation and preparation
- We may call or use WhatsApp to confirm the product, quantity, and address.
- Confirmed orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours.
- Unconfirmed orders or orders with incomplete details may be delayed or cancelled.
Estimated delivery time
- Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Alexandria, Delta, and Canal cities: 2–4 business days.
- Upper Egypt and remote areas: 3–7 business days.
Shipping charge
Shipping is free across Egypt. No shipping fee is added to the order.
Coverage and receipt
We deliver to areas covered by our courier partners. Provide an accurate name, reachable phone number, and complete address. The customer pays only the product total to the courier upon delivery.
Delivery attempts
If the recipient cannot be reached or the address is incomplete, the parcel may return to the warehouse. Contact us to confirm the details before requesting redelivery.
