كيف تطلب؟
- اختر المنتج والكمية المطلوبة.
- أضف المنتج إلى السلة وانتقل إلى إتمام الطلب.
- أدخل اسم المستلم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان التفصيلي.
- راجع قيمة المنتجات؛ لن تُضاف رسوم شحن.
- قد نتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب.
- استلم الطلب وادفع قيمة المنتجات فقط بالجنيه المصري.
عند الاستلام
وفّر هاتفًا متاحًا وشخصًا بالغًا أو مخولًا للاستلام. افحص سلامة العبوة الخارجية واحتفظ بها وملصق الشحن عند وجود مشكلة.
تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب
تواصل معنا بأسرع وقت قبل الشحن مع رقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف.

How to order

- Add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the recipient’s name, phone number, and complete address.
- Review the product total; no shipping fee will be added.
- We may contact you to confirm the order.
- Receive the parcel and pay only the product total in Egyptian pounds.
At delivery
Keep a reachable phone and an adult or authorized recipient available. Inspect the outer parcel and retain the packaging and shipping label if there is a problem.
Changing or cancelling
Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch with the order number and phone number.
